Alex Leckie R.V.N. – Head Veterinary Nurse

Alex started work as a veterinary nurse in 2006 and qualified in 2009 before joining our team in December 2010. She enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine and plays a key role in providing pet owners with advice on preventative healthcare. She has a keen interest in puppy and kitten care, canine behaviour and regularly runs puppy solicalisation classes at our surgery. Chloe Malkin

Chloe Malkin, FdSc RVN

Chloe joined us in June 2014 from another veterinary practice. She qualified as a veterinary nurse in July after training for three years. Chloe enjoys horse riding in her spare time.


Sarah Carrick

Sarah joined us in December 2012. She previously worked in social care for five years. Sarah is very keen to learn and has an interest in dog behaviour and clicker training. She has many dogs of her own and loves to spend time with them when she is not working. Sarah also enjoys off- roading in her Land Rover and spending time with her five sons.


 Rebecca Caygill

Becki joined us in June 2012. She is currently training in all areas of veterinary nursing and especially enjoys pig scanning. Her aim is to complete external training to become a registered veterinary nurse. In her spare time, Becki helps out at her family’s local small holding.
